Flight Platform
Features
● Meets the side impact test requirements of CNCAP, CIASI, EuroNCAP, FMVSS, USNCAP, etc.
● Dimensions: Length ≥ 5000mm, Width ≥ 6000mm, Top surface height from the ground ≥ 100mm.
● Bottom observation window: 1500mm x 2500mm x 80mm (Length x Width x Height)*.
● Frame structure design, can be installed as a single unit or as a separate unit.
● Multiple load-bearing wheels ensure the entire platform can withstand a 5-ton vehicle load without structural damage.
● The upper surface of the flight platform is covered with polyethylene material, meeting regulatory requirements for sliding friction.
● Meets the requirements for side impact tests at initial speeds ≤ 40km/h.
● Adjustable height guide device compatible with various traction rails ensures the flight platform slides along the guide rail and does not interfere with the ground during storage.
● Employs a collapsible tube braking system. The platform remains stable during collapsible braking without structural damage.
Optional components
● Optional hydraulic damping rod braking module.
● Optional rail-type pneumatic brake damping device.
● Optional braking device with linked emergency stop.
● Optional vehicle securing device to ensure the vehicle does not move while sliding on the flight platform. Released before the flying carpet collides.
● Can be equipped with FMVSS 208; sandpit; side shoulder, and other rollover simulation test benches. Multi-functional flight platforms can be customized according to customer requirements.
Test conditions
Rollover testing requires the use of a track-type pressure brake damping device.

*The bottom observation window is designed for a 5000mm x 6000mm flight deck. Custom sizes are available upon request.
