Product Description
The PRA series accelerometer is a small and thin piezoresistive MEMS silicon micro-acceleration sensor. The product has multiple ranges (50g, 100g, 200g, 500g, 2000g). The internal chip of the product utilizes the semiconductor piezoresistive effect and is manufactured through advanced MEMS processing technology, featuring excellent dynamic range and stability. The chip is internally designed with overload protection structure, capable of withstanding high impacts and large acceleration loads.
