The TAB-pressure sensor (TAB: Tape Automated Bonding) is a silicon cell that is directly bonded to a flexible Polyimid film.

The contacts of the TAB can directly be soldered onto a glass feed through.

Linearity	0,5 %FS typ., 1 %FS max.
Long Term Stability	2 mV typ.
Operating Temperature	-20...100 °C
Storage Temperature	-40…120 °C
